FUNCTIONS was created with the idea of adding value to organizations through leveraging the consultant experience and technical knowledge for the benefit and assimilation of the client. We believe all consulting jobs have a beginning, middle, and end. We strive to meet milestone dates for each of these stages. Our goal is to leave organizations with the knowledge and/or product of self-sufficiency; ultimately improving their performance and operational capacity. FUNCTIONS is a small organization by design. We believe in having a tightly run, highly trained multi-disciplinary team of consultants that know each other and work well together. Therefore, we only take a few clients at a time. We provide clients with resumes of their assigned project group. Generally, we use four consultants versed in business and finance. In addition, FUNCTIONS has access to two IT resources, two financial experts, and two business executives. Every assignment’s staff carries over 50 years of business experience cumulatively. All personnel build principled relationships and are thoroughly screened, in order to ensure the highest quality work. The FUNCTIONS difference is experience. This factor makes us able to finish projects quickly and thoroughly. All consultants are proactive and hands-on. Due to experience levels, supervisory work is very limited.
